My Approach to Therapy

My style is casual, conversational, and grounded in authenticty. I believe growth happens within safe, supportive relationships - and that begins in the therapy. I bring my full, genuine self to every sesison, so you can feel safe doing the same.
As a client-centered therapist, I'll meet you where you're at - emotionally, mentally, and energetically. You set the pace, and together we'll focus on the goals that matter most to you. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical knowledge as you navigate your own unique path.
I'm especily passionate about trauma informed, somatic therapies and the deep, lasting healing it can foster. I take a holistic view of wellness: you are more than your symptoms or struggles. Together, we'll work to integrate your experiences so you can feel stronger, more connected, and more fully yourself.
As a therapist, I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. This means I engage in ongoing self-reflection, continued learning, and intentional action to uphold equity and justice—not only in my practice, but in how I connect with others and show up in the broader community. I welcome feedback and dialogue as I continue to grow in this commitment.
